BookLamp Does for books, what Pandora Did for Music
A new service called BookLamp is promoting itself as the Pandora of Books, with a system that matches and recommends books based on books you have read and liked. The idea is not so different from Amazon's recommend feature or Amazon's "Other Buyers bought", but BookLamp, currently in BETA, aims to use logistics and an algorithm to help you get better matching. The interface is a little complex and hard to follow or use, but the concept seems entertaining. Coupled with Amazon affiliation, they could make a lot of money selling books on comission.
