NASA Credit Card Abuse Uncovered
Using the Freedom of Information Act, the Houston Chronicle analyzed 451,000 charges (totaling more than $265 million) made on NASA credit cards between Jan. 04 & July 07. NASA employees have used government credit cards to ring up iPods, video games & clothes, despite that the cards are supposed to be used to buy items essential to NASA's mission.
